About Me

I spent nearly two decades as a pastor. That means I spent nearly two decades being the person people came to when they had nowhere else to go.Not a therapist. Not a counselor. No religious affiliation.Just someone with a long track record of sitting with people in hard moments and keeping it completely confidential.I also hold a Master's degree in Leadership and Management and have worked in school administration.I understand how districts function and what the pressures of an educational environment actually feel like.
How It Works
Every district is different and we work with you to find an arrangement that fits your schools and your budget.We start by showing up. Insets, teacher training days, the moments when staff are together and have a little breathing room. That's how we become a familiar face rather than a stranger with a business card.From there staff can reach out directly to set up a time to talk, outside school hours, in person or online. No referral needed. No forms. Just a conversation when they are ready.Pricing is straightforward. A monthly fee covers a set number of sessions. Any additional sessions beyond that are billed at the end of the month.Everything discussed stays completely confidential. We provide monthly reports to district leadership covering time spent and number of staff seen. Those numbers tell a real story about whether your staff are using the service and finding value in it, without compromising the trust that makes it work in the first place.
